Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Psalms Table, every order is designed with care and intention. Because our offerings are custom-made and prepared fresh to order, we kindly ask that you review our refund and cancellation policy before submitting your request.

When is my order considered confirmed?

Your order is confirmed once full payment is received. All orders must be paid in full before the delivery date.​

Deposit Policy

All orders include a non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure your date and begin sourcing. This amount is applied toward your total balance.

Can I cancel or receive a refund?

We understand plans may change. Refund eligibility is based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:

  • More than 7 days before delivery
    You may cancel your order for a partial refund (your deposit will be retained to cover sourcing and planning).

  • Within 7 days of delivery
    Your order has already begun sourcing and preparation. At this stage, the order is non-refundable.

  • Within 72 hours of delivery
    No refunds will be issued, as all materials and products have been purchased or prepared.

What if I need to reschedule?

Please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

What does this policy cover?

This policy applies to all orders placed through our Pre-Order Request Form, including:

  • Deli Boards

  • Grab & Go Items

  • Floral Arrangements

  • Grazing Tables & Full-Service Floral Setups

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. You will receive confirmation once your refund is initiated.

No-Show & Forfeited Items Policy

A recipient must be present at the designated delivery location. If no one arrives within 15 minutes, the order will be considered forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

 

If the recipient requests a drop-off, the item will be left at the agreed location. A photo will be taken and sent to confirm delivery. Psalms Table is not responsible for the item once delivery is confirmed.

Force Majeure

While we aim to fulfill every order with excellence, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, venue closures, or supplier shortages may impact our ability to deliver as planned. In such cases, Psalms Table will issue a full credit toward a future order.

 

Please note: No refunds will be provided due to events beyond our control.
